OHIO, January 1, 2022 - Goldschmitt's owner and founder, Marc Goldschmitt, and its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Rachael Sutler, announced their joint acquisition of a burgeoning IT company in the Ohio region, Evanhoe & Associates, Inc. (Evanhoe). The goal of the acquisition is to allow easier access to Goldschmitt and Evanhoe's service offerings through a wider variety of contract vehicles, including the popular VETS 2, CIOSP3, and others, as well as broaden Goldschmitt's past performance and service capabilities in Data Analysis, Data Capture, Data Processing, and Asset Management. The acquisition of Evanhoe, now an affiliate of Goldschmitt due to shared ownership, is a way for Goldschmitt to offer more to our customers. Evanhoe's operational team, now combined with the powerhouse team already established at Goldschmitt, gives our customers more support, more experience, and an easier way to purchase our services without affecting the bottom line.

Goldschmitt-CRI LLC is a Washington, D.C. Metro-area based joint venture of Goldschmitt & Associates and Central Research Inc. (CRI) created through a Small Business Administration approved All Small Mentor-Protégé agreement. This Mentor-Protégé agreement allows clients access to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business with the backing and experience of a large business.
