VP of Business Transformation

Bob Fudge is Goldschmitt's VP of Business Transformation. He served nearly 25 years in the US Air Force in aircraft maintenance, logistics, and leadership roles and has continued to serve for the past 10 years in multiple business transformation and project management roles for companies like Deloitte and Morgan Borszcz, prior to joining Evanhoe in 2012. An active community leader, Bob is the Mayor of the Village of Cedarville, Ohio and a member of the Greene County Community Improvement Corporation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School.

VP of Design and Development

Patrick Grenier, our VP of Design and Development, is a customer focused certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional SCRUM Master, Certified NARA Federal Records Manager, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CMMI Associate, and Certified Trainer. With over fifteen years of business experience in operations and in team management, Patrick directs and manages multiple Federal government programs and projects. Pat has a diverse professional background and experience, including experience in software development project management, training delivery and development, federal records management, and quality assurance. He is a proven champion of fostering a positive culture and a continuous improvement environment. Patrick holds his Bachelors degree from Old Dominion University.

VP of Finance

Nancy Jones, Goldschmitt’s VP of Finance, brings over 20 years of experience in financial management across the federal, non-profit, and commercial sectors. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory alignment. With deep expertise in government contracting and cost management, Nancy plays a key role in supporting growth and guiding executive decision-making.

Director of Human Capital and Workforce Management

Anne Dodson, our Director of Human Capital and Workforce Management, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead and Human Capital Business Partner with proven success in meeting, building and leading Talent Acquisition teams. She has over 17 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in the government contracting arena, with extensive experience recruiting for cleared IT professionals and niche military intelligence specialties. She provides expertise in streamlining processes, establishing new policies and procedures, building Talent Acquisition Teams, and establishing key metrics. She received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Psychology, and maintains her Professional in Human Resources certification, as well as her Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter and Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS.

Director of Proposals

Ellen Runno is the Director of Proposals at Goldschmitt & Associates, bringing over 15 years of expertise in federal proposal management. An expert in building high-performing teams across both small and large business environments, she blends MBA leadership principles with hands-on business execution. Ellen has a proven track record in proposal management, capture strategy, project delivery, and staffing—driving winning results and fueling Goldschmitt’s continued growth.

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Kenny Wilson is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Goldschmitt. He is responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, providing technical solutions, and developing engineering estimates for submitted proposals. In the past, he has served as an executive officer within a small business, as well as engineering lead for multiple domain and enterprise level government projects. Mr. Wilson served 20+ years in the USAF with a broad background in AF operational systems ranging from AF supply chain management to joint munitions accountability and lifecycle management. His experience as chief engineer and operations manager with GCSS-AF data services provided the AF with a data warehouse that was the foundational layer for enterprise reporting capabilities.

Director of Contracts and Subcontracts

Ashley Miller is Goldschmitt's Director of Contracts and Subcontracts. Ms. Miller has over 15 years of experience in contracts administration for Federal contracts in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Hampton University, and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Trinity Washington University.

Director of Information Systems

Ghislaine Sabbagh-Hughes, our Director of Information Systems, focuses on using technology to improve processes and customer satisfaction for our customers. She has overseen and supported the implementation of large-scale Information Systems in various industries as well as stand-alone applications. Ms. Sabbagh-Hughes manages our corporate IT initiatives and infrastructure, to include our corporate CMMC objectives. Her support background has seen her engage with a multitude of user communities that range from a team of 6 librarians to industries with over 10,000 users worldwide. She supports Federal customers on our custom and COTS development projects, to include project management, database design and development, user testing, system documentation, and requirements management. Ms. Sabbagh-Hughes holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Majoring in Information Systems as well as a Graduate Certificate in Treasury/Finance from McGill University, and is a CMMI Associate.

Director of Software Architecture

Vince Fertig is our Director of Software Architecture with over 30 years experience in the industry. He focuses on solution architecture for enterprise-wide systems. He has extensive experience in system modeling, API design, requirements analysis, technical leadership, project planning and software development for our customers. He has a proven track record designing complex scalable business applications for Federal and private industry, including custom software and COTS solutions for on-prem and cloud-native environments.   Mr. Fertig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.

Director of Corporate Operations and Compliance

Ellen Seeley, our Director of Corporate Operations and Compliance, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and CMMI Associate, and oversees daily corporate activities to ensure success and efficiency of the company. She actively pursues strategic and operational objectives, and assures compliance with our ISO registered QMS, our CMMI certified processes and procedures, as well as our corporate CMMC objectives. She manages contract level requirements for IDIQs, manages employees at the program/project level, provides contract support in requirements documentation, schedule management, quality control, Excel development, and statistical analysis for project/program deliverables, and also provides pricing for competitive proposals. Ms. Seeley holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Director of Special Programs and Security

Laura Kelmelis, Goldschmitt’s Director of Special Programs and Security, plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy and driving initiatives that support sustainable growth and business success. She leads the development of integrated communication and marketing efforts aligned with corporate objectives, while implementing operational processes that enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure security compliance. In addition to developing and managing Goldschmitt’s Industrial Security Program, Ms. Kelmelis actively supports business development efforts—including proposal development and IDIQ management—to advance the company’s strategic goals. Ms. Kelmelis brings deep expertise in small business management, program and project management, marketing, communications, proposal strategy and design, social media management and analysis, and web and graphic design. Her knowledge also spans 508 Compliance for Federal customers. She holds an M.A. in Transformative Leadership, a B.A. in Human Services and Policy, and is a Certified CMMI Associate.

Program Director

Maureen “Mo” Golden serves as Program Director for Goldschmitt, overseeing fraud detection, loan management, and customer support. With over two decades of experience in federal program management, Mo brings deep expertise in Agile delivery, risk management, and quality assurance. She has led high-impact projects across federal agencies, supporting enterprise IT modernization, cloud migrations, and audit readiness. Known for her strategic leadership and results-driven approach, Mo ensures Goldschmitt's programs are secure, efficient, and customer-focused.

Program Manager of Call Center Solutions

Becky Marrs serves as the Program Manager of Call Center Solutions, bringing over 10 years of experience in service management, including more than 7 years of specialized expertise in call center operations and oversight. She has a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale customer service programs, driving operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements that enhance service delivery. Ms. Marrs excels in team leadership, performance management, and aligning call center strategies with organizational objectives to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Director of Training

Danielle Bischoff, our Director of Training, has over 20 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, technical training, marketing, and event management, and has experience working with both public and private sector organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Danielle has a Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Shenandoah University with a Graduate Certificate in Management Information Systems (MIS), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from James Madison University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society.
