NASA SEWP VI provides NASA and other federal agencies with streamlined access to a broad range of Information Technology, Communications, and Audio-Visual products, solutions, and services. Goldschmitt was awarded contracts in Categories B and C, positioning the company to support both enterprise-wide technology modernization and mission-specific IT service requirements.

• Category B, Enterprise-Wide Strategic Solutions, includes services that improve and enhance an agency’s overall ITC/AV infrastructure, such as cloud services, managed services, shared services, enterprise help desk solutions, and other integrated capabilities designed for broad organizational use.
• Category C, ITC/AV Mission-Based Services, includes specialized technology services that directly support agency missions, such as custom software development, telecommunications and network operations, engineering and design, data processing and analysis, hosting, IT management and consulting, digital government services, cybersecurity, and related technical support.

NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI is a Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) designed to provide federal agencies with a streamlined, efficient procurement vehicle for acquiring information technology products, services, and solutions.

Fair Opportunity In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1), federal agencies must provide all eligible contract holders a fair opportunity to be considered for orders exceeding $15,000 under multiple-award contracts, unless an authorized exception applies. Contracting Officers have discretion in determining the appropriate ordering procedures and must document the rationale for order placement and pricing. NASA's SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) is the recommended method for supporting fair opportunity, allowing agencies to solicit quotes from eligible contract holders within the applicable SEWP VI categories.

SEWP Administrative Handling Fee NASA SEWP VI assesses an administrative handling fee of 0.34% on all orders. This fee is included in the total quoted price and is not listed as a separate line item. The fee supports the operations and services of the NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO).
